Zero Point Chipotle Black Bean Dip Weight Watchers

INGREDIENTS

2 cups yellow frozen corn, thawed ( I use Trader’s Joe’s roasted corn)
2 ( 16 oz.) can fat free traditional refried beans
2 ( 15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups fat free salsa ( I use Trader Joe’s Homestyle Salsa Especial mild fresh salsa)
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
2 Tbsp adobo sauce
For optional garnish: chopped cilantro, diced green onions, or light cheddar cheese and tortilla chips

INSTRUCTIONS

In a SLOW COOKER mix together beans, corn, salsa and chiles with sauce. Cover.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring after 2 hours.
Sprinkle with cilantro, diced green onions and/or cheese if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips, low point crackers or vegetable of your choice.
