White pasta with milk

Ingredient :

Macaroni: Package (the shape you like, boiled and drained)

Milk: 3 cups (skimmed)

Flour: 3 tablespoons

Salt: half a teaspoon
Nutmeg: half a teaspoon
Parmesan cheese: 5 tablespoons (grated)

How To make it :
