Weight Watchers Mini Meatloaf

Yield: 12 mini meatloaves (2 Freestyle points each)


1 lb. 95% lean ground beef
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, minced
1 tablespoon skim milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl add the beef, Italian bread crumbs, egg, garlic, onion, skim milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix together.
Spray a muffin tin with no-stick cooking spray. Evenly divided the beef into 12 servings, then add to the muffin tin.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
