Potatoes: 1 kg
Ground meat: 500 grams
Onions: 3 medium grains (finely chopped)
Peas: Half cup (boiled)
Carrots: half cup (diced, boiled)
Butter: 2 tbsp
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Eggs: 1 piece (scrambled)
Rusk: 1 teaspoon
How To Make it :
Wash and rub potatoes well, and boil them with some salt and pepper.
Let it cool down, then peel and mash it finely with a potato masher or beat it in kibbeh, and season with salt, pepper, spices, sumac, and half a tablespoon of butter.
In a saucepan over a stove, put the minced meat, onion, salt, pepper, pepper, and sumac with half a spoonful of butter and leave it until soft.
Add peas, carrot cubes, and potatoes with the meat and stir in an oven tray, brush well with half a spoonful of butter and sprinkle some rusk.
Put half the amount of mashed potatoes, then the meat with vegetables, then the rest of the mashed potatoes on top.

Put the tray in a very hot oven for a quarter of an hour or 10 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce the heat to 180.
Leave it for a quarter of an hour or another third of an hour, and serve with bread and salads as desired.
