The beef fillet with broccoli is delicious and easy

Ingredient :

Soy sauce: two-thirds a cup (low in sodium)
Lemon juice: half a grain
Brown sugar: 3 tablespoons
Corn flour: 2 tablespoons

Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
Garlic: 3 cloves (chopped)
Meat broth: 1/3 cup
Broccoli: head (cut into florets)

How To Make it :

In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup of soy sauce, with lemon juice, plus 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of cornmeal. Stir well; Soak the steaks in it, until completely covered, with the addition of salt and pepper to taste. Beef slices remain marinated for twenty minutes
Oil is poured into a large frying pan; The latter is placed on high heat, spread out a batch of meat slices to cover the pan and cook for two minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Remove the steaks from the heat, to repeat the process with the rest of it. Then, set the steaks aside.
Then add garlic to the pan and stir it for a minute. Then, add the rest of the cornmeal, stirring for a minute. Pour the broth, and put the remaining two tablespoons of brown sugar, and the rest of the soy sauce.
When the sauce boils, add the broccoli, and cook for five minutes, until it becomes soft. Salt the mixture and season as desired.
Return the meat to the skillet, along with the broccoli and sauce. Mix ingredients for 2 minutes. Garnish the dish with sesame and spring onions, before serving.
