How To Make it :
Put the steak slices in a flat bowl, then add salt and black pepper and rub well until they are completely seasoned, then put the butter in a frying pan over high heat first until it heats completely, then reduces the heat and then put the steak for 5 minutes and then turn it on the other side for the same time until it becomes tender. Keep it more on the fire if the steak is fully cooked on the inside.
In the same pan, we add the meat broth, and if we want, a little butter can also be added, then leave the mixture on the stove for 5 minutes, then add the cooking cream, salt, and ground black pepper and stir until the sauce thickens a little.
We pour the sauce directly over the steak and serve immediately.
It can be served with french fries and boiled vegetables.
