Steak with broccoli for diet

Ingredient :

Steak: 1 kilo
Broccoli: 1 head (chopped and boiled)
Ready steak sauce: half cup
Ketchup: 2 tbsp
Chicken broth: 1 tablespoon (powder)
Mixed condiments: 2 teaspoons
Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
– Salt, as desired
– Black pepper as desired
Olive oil: a quarter cup

How To Make it :

In a saucepan over the stove, put olive oil, then add the steak and stir until browned and cooked.
Add the spices and sauté with the steak and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add the ketchup and saute it with the steak, then add the steak sauce and stir well and add a spoonful of flour.
Stir constantly until the sauce becomes a bit thick.
Add broccoli at the end and saute for a minute to retain its green color.
Pour it onto a serving plate and serve hot.
