How To Make it :
Place the steak slices in a flat bowl, add salt and black pepper, and rub well until completely seasoned.
Put the butter in a frying pan on high heat first until it gets completely hot, then reduce the heat, then put the steak for 3 minutes, then flip it on the other side for the same time until it becomes tender.
In the same pan, add the meat broth, and you can also add a little butter.
Leave the mixture on the stove for four minutes, then add the cooking cream then salt, and ground black pepper, stir until the sauce thickens a little.
Pour the sauce directly over the steak then serve it immediately.
