Cooking time: 60 minutes
Enough to 4 people
Ground meat: 500 grams
Eggs: 1 piece
Rusk: 1/4 cup (plain)
Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
Salt: half a teaspoon
Garlic powder: half a teaspoon
Onion powder: half a teaspoon
Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
Onions: 1 cup (finely chopped)
Flour: 2 tablespoons
Meat broth: 1 cup
Vinegar: a tablespoon
Salt: half a teaspoon (for the sauce)
How to make it :
Mix ground meat, eggs, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Form balls and spread them with a medium-thick hand, the size of a burger.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and fry the burgers in it on each side for 4 minutes until they are browned and cooked, then remove the burger from the pan and leave it aside in a plate.
On the side of the pan, add the onions and sprinkle the flour on top and stir for a minute.
Add the meat broth and salt and leave the mixture until it boils, then reduce the heat and leave it for 5 minutes until the broth thickens and the onions soften
Return the burgers to the pan, cover, and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
Place the burgers, sauce, and onions in a serving dish and serve alongside salads or mashed potatoes as desired.
