SLOW COOKER HAM WITH PINEAPPLE & BROWN SUGAR

INGREDIENTS
1 (6 – 8 lb) spiral-cut ham
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 (20 ounces) can crushed pineapple (keep juices)
1½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
INSTRUCTIONS

Pour juice from crushed pineapple into the slow cooker.
Coat ham with Dijon mustard and place in the slow cooker.
Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground ginger in a medium bowl. Mix and sprinkle it over the ham.
Pour crush pineapple over the ham and brown sugar mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on (high for 2½ to 3½) hours or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.
When done cooking, remove ham, mix all the juices together, and pour over ham before serving.
