Chicken breast: 4 breasts (chopped)
Flour: a quarter cup
Butter: 3 tablespoons
Mushrooms: 2 cups (fresh, sliced)
Chicken broth: half a cup
Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon
Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
Mozzarella cheese: 1/3 cup (grated)
Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup (grated)
Green onions: 3 sticks (chopped)
How To Make it :
With a meat hammer, beat the chicken breast until fluffy.
Cover the chicken pieces with flour from all sides.
In a large skillet, heat two tablespoons of butter and stir the chicken on both sides until golden.
Transfer the chicken to an oven dish and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining spoonful of butter and stir the mushrooms until soft, then add the chicken broth, salt and pepper and leave the mixture until it boils for 5 minutes and the sauce becomes thick.
Pour the mixture over the fried chicken in an oven dish.
Put the plate in the oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees until it is completely cooked.
