Oven grilled chicken shawarma

Cooking time: 60 minutes Enough For : Four {4 }people

Ingredients:

Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
Curry powder: 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: 2 tsp
Salt: three-quarters of a teaspoon
Cumin: half a teaspoon (ground)
Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
Cardamom: half a teaspoon (ground)
Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
Chicken breast: 500 grams (fillet / thinly sliced)

How To Make it :

1. Mix lemon juice, salt, garlic, ground cardamom, black pepper, olive oil, cumin, and curry in a bowl.

2. Add the chicken, cover the bowl, and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.

3. Take the bowl out of the refrigerator and place the marinated chicken in an oven dish greased with oil.

4. Put the dish in the oven at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes, turning over from time to time, until the chicken is tender and brown.

5. Serve hot shawarma with Arabic bread, garlic sauce, and pickles, as desired.
