Muffin with cocoa

Ingredient : 

Flour: 1 1/2 cups (brown)

Yogurt: three-quarters of a cup (low-fat)

Eggs: 2 tablets

Brown Sugar: Half a cup

Vegetable oil: Half cup

Cocoa: 4 tablespoons
Chocolate: Half cup (Cut)

Baking powder: 2 tsp

Baking soda: half a teaspoon

Salt: sprinkle

How To Make it :

Preheat the oven at 160 ° C.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a suitable bowl.

In another bowl, put the eggs and blend them well with a hand mixer, then add sugar, oil, cocoa, and yogurt with constant whisking.

Add the flour mixture gradually and mix well until the ingredients are homogeneous.

Add the chocolate chips and stir a little, then pour the mixture into the muffin molds evenly and put it into the oven for about a third of an hour.

Take the muffin out of the oven and set it aside to cool down and it can be decorated with powdered sugar.
