Meat with mushrooms and sauce

Cooking time:40 minutes Enough to 4 people


Beef fillet: 500 grams (sliced longitudinally)
Onions: 1 piece (chopped slices)
Mushrooms: 1 cup (freshly chopped slices)
Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
Cream: Half cup (liquid)
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: half a teaspoon
Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
Butter: a tablespoon

How to Make it :

Heat the butter and oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Add the meat and stir it until it becomes brown.
Add onion, salt, pepper and mushrooms and stir for 10 minutes.
Add tomato paste and stir until the ingredients are homogeneous.
Add the cream, reduce the heat, and leave for 5 minutes and serve hot, along with rice or pasta to taste.
