Meat and vegetable stew is easy and tasty

Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

How To Make it :

Saline the pieces of meat and season.
Add oil to a frying pan, over medium heat, and fry the meat pieces in it for 3 minutes, until they become brown, and drain after that.
. Then, add the lamb chunks and onion, garlic, carrots and potatoes, and celery to a large saucepan over strong heat.
Pour the broth after 2 minutes, and sprinkle the chili powder. Add the soy sauce and bay leaf. Cover the pot and keep it on strong heat for four hours.
In a bowl, mix the flour and half a cup of hot broth, then pour the mixture into the saucepan, in order to make the stew thin. The ingredients are kept on strong heat, while the saucepan is covered, for an additional 30 minutes.
