Keto crepe

Cooking time :30 minutes Enough to 3 people

Ingredient :

Cream cheese: half cup
Eggs: 4 pieces
Almond flour: Three quarters of a cup
Honey: 1 teaspoon
Almond milk: 1/4 cup (unsweetened)
– Salt, as desired

How To Make it :

In a bowl, put cream cheese, eggs, almond flour, honey, almond milk and salt, and mix until combined.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
Add a quarter cup of the dough and spread it on the bottom of the pan.
Cook the crepes on each side, until they are done.
Repeat this process until the amount is finished.
Serve immediately.
