2 medium cans or ¼ 3 cups (650 g) Italian tomato sauce.
Make 9 thick lasagna sheets, prefer with a corrugated shape.
¼ 3 cup (650g) low-fat white cheese
3 cups (600g) mixed vegetables as desired
2 cups (400 g) shredded mozzarella cheese.
Parmesan cheese to garnish.
Chopped parsley, to garnish.
How To Make it :
Start with a layer of tomato sauce.
Break the lasagna the size in cooking pan, and put a layer of it.
Add the layer of white cheese, then added a layer of vegetables, then a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat all layers until the amount runs out.
Leave the lasagna for three hours, and after it is done, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
