Grilled salmon with soy sauce for diet

Cooking time: 60 minutes Enough to two { 2 }people

Ingredient :

Salmon fillet: half a kilo (or the equivalent of two fish pieces)
Soy sauce: a quarter cup
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Ginger: half a teaspoon
Cinnamon: a quarter of a teaspoon
Black pepper: a pinch

How To Make it :

Preheat oven to a temperature of 190C.
Mix soy sauce and lemon juice, black pepper and cinnamon and ginger in an appropriate bowl.
Place salmon in a shallow tray and top it with the previous mixture.
Put salmon in the oven for 25 minutes or until the salmon is well cooked.
