Grilled chicken pane for dieting

Ingredient :

Chicken breast: 4 breasts (crushed fillet)
Muffins: 1 cup (ground)
Eggs: 3 pieces (scrambled with a spoonful of vinegar)
Flour: a quarter cup

Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons

How To Make it :

1. Season chicken with pepper and salt
