Chinese Edam with chicken and vegetables

Ingredient :

Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Onions: 1 cup (chopped)

Chicken breast: 500 grams (diced)

Peas: 2 cups (frozen)

Carrots: 1 cup (frozen / diced)

Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon

Chicken broth: 350 milliliters

– Salt, as you taste

Black pepper: half a teaspoon

How to make it :

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in the onions until soft.

Add the chicken pieces, flipping from time to time, until they change color from all sides.

Season with salt and black pepper, then pour in the chicken broth.

Boil the mixture on low heat until the chicken pieces are completely cooked.

Add peas and carrots.

Dissolve the tomato paste with two tablespoons of water and add the mixture to the saucepan.

Boil the mixture for 10 minutes, then remove the saucepan from the heat and serve directly on your plate.
