How to Make it:
We heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat, add onions and green peppers to the oil and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion becomes a dark golden brown.
Put onions and peppers in a small bowl and clean the pan with a wipe.
Add the steak beef to a large bowl, season it with salt and black pepper, add a tablespoon of olive oil, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon to the meat and mix the ingredients well by hand.
Heat the pan again, add meat and spices to it, brown the meat for 5 minutes on each side, remove the meat from the pan, cook the meat in the Oven for 30 minutes, then remove and serve hot or warm.
