– Steak: 1 kilo (cut into strips of fillet or tenderloin)
Mushrooms: a can (fresh)
Onions: 1 piece (cut into small cubes)
Oil: 2 tbsp
Butter: 2 tbsp
Chicken broth: 1 cup (or meat)
Cream: 1/4 cup (sour cream or Turkish labneh)
Cooking cream: 1 cup (liquid)
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon (or Worcester sauce)
Mustard: Half a teaspoon
Flour: a tablespoon
Salt: as desired
– Black pepper as desired
How To Make it :
In a frying pan over high heat, put the oil and a spoon of butter and saute the meat until it takes color from both sides, season with black pepper, and set aside.
We put the second spoon of butter and add the onions until wilted, the mushrooms, and the spoon of flour and stir them until the flour disappears, then add the chicken broth and the cream cup and stir them.
We take a little of the sauce and melt the cream fence with it, then add it to the rest of the mixture.
Add mustard, soy sauce, black pepper, and meat and leave them on the stove together.
Serve with boiled noodles or mashed potatoes.
