Banana pancake

Cooking time: 30 Minutes Enough for 4 people


Flour: 1 cup

Sugar: a tablespoon

Baking powder: 2 tsp

Salt: a quarter of a teaspoon

Eggs: 1 piece (scrambled)

Milk: 1 cup

Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Bananas: 2 pieces (mashed)

How To Make It:

Mix the flour and sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Mix the egg, oil, milk, and mashed banana.
Add the flour mixture to the mixture of oil, milk, eggs, and bananas and stir until the ingredients are incorporated and the mixture becomes smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add about a quarter cup of the pancake mixture and leave it for a few minutes until it turns brown on the other part.
Serve hot, with banana and honey as your taste.
