4 tbsp butter

1/2 cup vinegar

2 bay leaf

1 cup diced onion

1 tbsp salt and pepper

1 cup olive oil Method Cut chicken into

In fry pan add oil and brown chicken.
Add vinegar, bay leaf, onions and butter. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 to 30 minutes Serve immediately
